ELAD Group was founded in 1992 with development projects in North America, Europe and Israel. ELAD Canada was formed in 1997. As a whole, the company focuses on developing condominiums, hotels and mixed-used projects and made it's mark in New York City by developing the ultra-luxurious Plaza Hotel. In Canada, ELAD focuses on development sites and specializes in mid-rise and high-rise condominiums and master-planned communities.
