Concert was founded in 1989, as a unique joint venture between the City of Vancouver, the Province of British Columbia, various pension funds and private investors, with a goal to provide quality rental housing in B.C. Through the years, Concert diversified and expanded into developing rental apartments, condominiums, seniors residences and acquiring/developing commercial/industrial properties. Concert Real Estate Corporation remains a Canadian-owned enterprise to this date and has built over 7,600 homes along with 500,000 square feet of commercial space between 6 master-plan communities across the nation.
